NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-002174 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and RYDER MERINO; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE 1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
