NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6 day of April, 2016, at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 1, BLOCK 7 OF TOWNHOMES AT SABAL POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE(S) 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 4121 Key Thatch Drive, Tampa, Florida 33610.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 12-CA-003950 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
