NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-CA-012763 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Spouse Of Catherine Leah Earnest; Catherine Leah Earnest; Marinosci Law Group, P.C. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 45, 46 AND 47, BLOCK 2, CASA LOMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
