NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-CA-012038 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, Plaintiff, and, DANIELS, WENDY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
