NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-CA-011671 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WORTHINGTON FEDERAL BANK , Plaintiff, and, YUSUF AHMET TAN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 405, WATERCHASE PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 21-1 THROUGH 21-8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
