LOT 90, BLOCK 8, TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10214 WILCOX CT., TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
