NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-015150 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY N. MOLEY A/K/A ANTHONY MOLEY; MICHELLE L. MOLEY A/K/A MICHELLE MOLEY; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ANTHONY N. MOLEY LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 9, 2007; COUNTRY CHASE RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, COUNTRY CHASE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
