NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 10, 2012 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-029948 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION is Plaintiff and ANGELA LUPTON, JEFFREY LUPTON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of March, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 7, King`s Forest, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 33, Public Records Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
