NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002994 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and JUDD SNYDER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, In Block 4, of BREEZY MEADOWS UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 41, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
