NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001826 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, NA AS TRUSTEES FOR LEHMANN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and, JASON C. PARENT, et al, are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on March 21, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
