Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 23, 2016 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
THE SOUTH 161.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 322.0 FEET OF THE EAST 290.0 FEET OF THE NORTH ONE HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE HALF OF THE EAST ONE HALF, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28, RANGE 17 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND LESS THE EAST 30 FEET FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
with a street address of 7503 Beasley Road, Tampa, FL 33615, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 16, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
