NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 10th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013999, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JUANITA LISBOA; MARCISO LISBOA A/K/A NARCISO LISBOA; DIAMOND HILL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIAMOND HILL SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIAMOND HILL PATIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
