NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003385 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Everbank, is the Plaintiff and Jerry Martinez, Equable Ascent Financial, LLC, Palmetto Cove Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
