NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002959, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and COREY LEE JOHNSON; DAWANA SIMONE JOHNSON A/K/A DAWANA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 28 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 20, OF CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
