NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12-15-15, entered in Case No. 13001572CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Katharine Schmidt; Maria Manor Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Katharine Schmidt; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2/17/16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3-V, MARIA MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 333, PAGES 331 THROUGH 432, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 11A THROUGH 11C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
