NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001887 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC., is Plaintiff and BARBARA A. BLAIR, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 30, CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH INTEREST IN 1/2 VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING LOTS 12 AND 13, AS VACATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 345 PAGE 959 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 349 PAGE 642, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 490 West Olympia Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
