BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO AMERICAN TRUST WATERSIDE PARTNERS LLC, FL BY DEED FROM DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED 2007-02-26, RECORDED 2007-04-12 DEED BOOK 3143 PAGE 222.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
