NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2015, entered in Case No. 14001866CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York
Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-34, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-34 is the Plaintiff and Marie Ziemak; Unknown Spouse of Marie Ziemak; Global Acceptance Credit Company L.P. as assignee of Washington Mutual; The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of The Certificateholders of The CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-H are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the Jan 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 2932, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 59, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 73A THROUGH 73F, INCLUSIVE, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
