NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-000446 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ELLINGTON LOAN ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, DELIA E. CARDEN, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK G, HEATHER GLEN SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 86 THROUGH 92, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
