NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051587, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALYSSA LORING; MICHAEL LORING; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL H. STOKES, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25 & 26, BLOCK 2498 OF UNIT 36, PART 1, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 87-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
