NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated December 17, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-053127 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-9T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9T1 is Plaintiff and Parodi-hall, Carla and Hall, Joseph, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on January 20, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
