LEWIS; GAYLE A. LEWIS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 13, 2016 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 4467, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48-81, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
