Notice is hereby given pursuant to the order entered in the above noted case, that clerk of court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, SOUTH SIDE ADDITION TO NEWTOWN, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH ½ OF A VACATED ALLEY LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 2 AND 5 AND BETWEEN THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST LOT LINE OF LOT 4 EXTENDED, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on January 19, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
