VINCIGUERRA, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLOTTE VINCIGUERRA TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 22, 2000 and ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSOR IN TRUST UNDER THE CHARLOTTE VINCIGUERRA TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 22, 2000, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Lot 33087, VENICE GARDENS, Unit No. 33, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 36 and 36A thru 36F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

VINCIGUERRA, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLOTTE VINCIGUERRA TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 22, 2000 and ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSOR IN TRUST UNDER THE CHARLOTTE VINCIGUERRA TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 22, 2000: 18513 Owl Run Way, Germantown, MD 20874-2104.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by JACARANDA WEST HOMEONWERS ASSOCIATION #1, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or January 25, 2016; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
