NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS. BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY A. DAY A/K/A BETTY ANN DAY, DECEASED; STRATHMORE VILLA CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SANDRA S. OWENS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
