NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-002602 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and Joann Johnston; Scott R. Jonston; Old Republic Insurance Company; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 552 AND 553, UNIT NO. 2, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
