NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 002172 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association is the Plaintiff and Kari M. Presley a/k/a Kari Presley; Unknown Spouse of Kari M. Presley a/k/a Kari Presley; John W. Drenning; PNC Bank, National Association f/k/a National City Bank are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND THE RANGE LINE BETWEEN TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST (SAID LINE BEING THE CENTERLINE OF OLD BRADENTON ROAD); THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID CENTERLINE 164 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 150 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID LINE WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID LINE WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 128.5 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE OLD BRADENTON ROAD, 134 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 128.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO OLD BRADENTON ROAD 134 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
