NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 58-2014-CA-007061 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is Plaintiff and D. L. PITTMAN, DAISY MAE PITTMAN, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN HEIRS- ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF D.L. PITTMAN, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAISY MAE PITTMAN, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against D.L. Pittman, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of January, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 14, SOUTHGATE, UNIT 5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
