BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and TODD J. AUSTIN; TERRI M. AUSTIN; TIMOTHY G. WHITE; ASHLEY M. LYNN; RUSSELL J. AUSTIN; DEBORAH D. AUSTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRENDA NEMER IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Karen E.
