NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012285 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2004, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-CB4, is Plaintiff and RUBEN GOMEZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wi:
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITAUTE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL. VIZ: THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 254 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 255, BLOCK “L”, PINECREST VILLA, ADDITION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
