NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 015156 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and ROBERT N. BJORK, RICHMOND PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN M. HOWELL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DDM TRUST DATED 01/04/2012, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT N BJORK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, Block “A”, RICHMOND PLACE - PHASE 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 50 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
