NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003400, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RUNEL V. GARCIA, TRUSTEE , OR ANY SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, UNDER THE GARCIA LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 3, 2005; JOAN A. MOULOS- GARCIA, TRUSTEE , OR ANY SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, UNDER THE GARCIA LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 3, 2005; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GARCIA LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 3, 2005; RUNEL V. GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUNEL V. GARCIA; JOAN A. MOULOS- GARCIA; THE VILLAGES OF OAK CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SANCTUARY OF OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DEAN JONES, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, PARKWAY CENTER SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
