NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 01, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-012546 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM E. FICKES A/K/A WILLIAM EARL FICKES, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF FLORIDA ; JERI LYNN FICKES A/K/A JERI FICKES WEST; CHRISTY L. OPRITZA; TERI STATARO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL FICKES A/K/A MICHAEL J.
