NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-019427 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Eric W. Brooks a/k/a Eric Brooks; Susan J. Brooks; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; Island Club at Rocky Point Condominium Assocation, Inc.; Colonial Bank f/k/a Colonial Bank, N.A.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Hillsborough County, Florida; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5310, BUILDING 5, ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
