NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-007175 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and TOMMY J. GAMBRELL A/K/A TOMMY GAMBRELL; PATRICIA GAMBRELL A/K/A PATRICIA E. GAMBRELL; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, RUSKIN GROWERS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
