NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-002272 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and RAMON L CRUZ JR A/K/A RAMON L CRUZ; PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 2/2/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
