NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-005640 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and NORMAN L BACON; CHANDA L BACON; TONY ALONZO HEARD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CAMDEN WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A CAMDEN FIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 2/2/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
