NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-002371 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and TASHONA MILES A/K/A TASHONA C MILES; CITY OF TAMPA; SUNTRUST BANK; WATERSIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVERWALK AT WATERSIDE ISLAND TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JADA DANIELS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANGELA THORNTON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 2/2/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
