NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002516-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2001-3, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2001-3 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL SCOTT ROGERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL SCOTT ROGERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SPRINGCASTLE AMERICA FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SOUTHEAST RURAL COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROJECT, INC.; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, CONTAINING 10 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA: A STRIP OF LAND 20 FEET WIDE WHOSE CENTER LINE BEGINS 200 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AND RUNS EAST A DISTANCE OF 225 FEET TO POINT OF TERMINATION TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM THE SAME AND ALL RIGHTS THEREIN AND ALL PRIVILEGES THEREON WHICH ARE OR MAY BE NECESSARY OR CONVENIENT FOR THE FULL USE AND ENJOYMENT OF SUCH EASEMENT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
