NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-CA-002384 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for RALI 2007QS6 is the Plaintiff and Tracy L. Robinson; The Unknown Spouse of Tracy L. Robinson; Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court; State of Florida; any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; Hillsborough County, Florida; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH 853 FEET OF THE EAST 880 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RUN THENCE NORTH 105 FEET, THENCE WEST 210 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET, THENCE EAST 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
