NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-003249 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Glenn Barber a/k/a Glenn G. Barber a/k/a Glenn Gerard Barber, Deceased; Kimberly Ann Barber; Lilianna Grace Barber, a minor, by and through her mother and natural guardian, Kimberly Ann Barber; Sandra M. Barber, Guardian of the property of Garrett Michael Barber, a minor; Sandra M. Barber, Guardian of the property of Spenser Alexander Barber, a minor; Bank of America, N.A.; Boyette Farms Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Guardian Ad Litem are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 13th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 12, BOYETTE FARMS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 91-1 THROUGH 91-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
