NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-011592 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Centex Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-B, Plaintiff and Marcia Earlynn Hawkins a/k/a Marcia E. Hawkins as surviving joint tenant of Catherine J. Pearson, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, OF NORTHDALE SECTION E, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
