Hawkins as surviving joint tenant of Catherine J. Pearson, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
