NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-013913 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, Plaintiff and Mary Green and Patricia Faulk and Ronald Wimbley a/k/a Ronnie Eugene Wimbley a/k/a Ronnie Wimbley and Darrel Wimbley and Barbara Wimbley, as Successor Guardian of Richard Wimbley, Ward and Richard Wimbley and Mildred Russell and Althea Wimbley and Elbert Wimbley Jr. and Barbara Wimbley are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
