NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-017001 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, Plaintiff and Richard A. Giorgi a/k/a Richard Giorgi and Anthony Digrado a/k/a Anthony DiGrado are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 18, PALMA CEIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
PLEASE PUBLISH TWICE (ONE TIME A WEEK FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS) AND PUBLICATIONS LAST RUN MUST FINISH AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SALE DATE
