NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-022352 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.,f/k/a JPMorgan Chase Bank as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities Trust 2003-SD2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-SD2, Plaintiff and Mary Jo Kinsey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
