NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-011925 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and MARY JANE STAGI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY JANE STAGI; PROGRESS BANK OF FLORIDA; JOSEPH STAGI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 AND TENANT #2, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, HILLSBOROUGH CLERK OF COURT will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on MARCH 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FROM THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID TRACT D, RUN SOUTH 10 DEGREES 25 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT D, A DISTANCE OF 444.23 FEET TO A POINT AT WHICH SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY CHANGES DIRECTION, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN SOUTH 30 DEGREES 40 MINUTES WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID TRACT D, A DISTANCE OF 175 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 74 DEGREES 20 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 482.88 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 5 DEGREES 30 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 270.09 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 350 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
