NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009370-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA WILHELMI A/K/A CHRISTINA L. WILHELMI; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/15/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT A, BUILDING 13, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE GARDENS AT FOREST LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 41 THROUGH 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6084, PAGE 683, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
