NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated 09/15/2014 and an Order Resetting Sale dated 12/03/2015 and entered in Case No. 13-001645-CI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-S2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and DAVID W. DOROUGH; REGIONS BANK, SUCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID W. DOROUGH N/K/A THERESA DOROUGH UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m.on January 22, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

Less and Except that portion of said Lot 2 described as follows; Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 for the Point of Beginning, and run thence South 15 degrees 46`00” East 160 feet, more or less, to the mean high water line; thence South 87 degrees 47`35” West, 26.34 feet along the mean high water line; thence North 11 degrees 58`37” West, 155 feet, more or less, to the Southerly right of way of Seminole Boulevard; thence North 77 degrees 20`54” East, along a chord to the left; chord 15.38 feet, arc 15.38 and radius 653.05 feet to the Point of Beginning.
