NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered December 14, 2015, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment 22-G, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Deerwood Gardens Unit One, as set forth in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 67 through 68, inclusive and in Official Records Book 4307, Pages 1968 through 2003, inclusive, as amended Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 107, 108 and 109, Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 51 and 52, Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 40 and 41, and Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 40 and 41, and Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 52 and 53, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of January, 2016.
