NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-015494-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JULIE SCHNELL, JULIE A SCHNELL, BRUCE EVERETT SCHNELL A/K/A BRUCE E. SCHNELL A/K/A BRUCE SCHNELL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block A, SPANISH OAKS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
